For the past few weeks, all the teams have already been preparing many things for the weekend to go smooth. From crafting the nametags for the delegates and creating the meal plan to preparing for the work in the committees, the Weber-students have been quite busy. But the hard work will pay off, when the exciting part begins.

Today, the hospitality team made the final preparations for the weekend. The focus during the shopping trip was on fresh ingredients, carefully selected to provide the best for all participants. Thanks to well-organized planning, everything went smoothly, and teamwork made the shopping experience truly enjoyable. Now, everything is set for a delightful weekend!

Welcoming the Delegations from France, Sweden, and Italy!
We are thrilled to welcome the delegations from France, Sweden, and Italy to Eutin! Each group arrived at different times and used different means of transportation. Some traveled by train, others by bus, and some even took a flight. Despite the long journeys, the excitement was high as the participants finally met their host families and fellow team members.
Now that everyone is here, we can’t wait to start this amazing experience together! Let the EYP's adventure begin!
This afternoon, the presidents of this year's EYP Oliver and Elina arrived at Weber-School and got to meet the chairs for a short training. They talked about group dynamics and the way they can work together effectively in their committees. The chairs then had time to finalize their programs for the weekend and they stated that this short workshop took them further in their preparations.
